So far I've tried: snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, double chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, & strawberry white chocolate.
Left to try in the bundle: peanut butter & lemon cookie
the doughs were not overly sweet, so I did add a couple spoonfuls of allulose, which helped a lot.
prepping the dough & storing it in the fridge overnight improved the texture to be very creamy. although prepping it & eating it right away still gave a great consistency as well.
my favorite so far is the chocolate peanut butter as it reminds me so much of a peanut butter cup, which was my favorite candy as a kid. it's tough to find a sugar-free alternative without processed fibers / fillers nowadays, so this flavor dough hit the spot for me.
the chocolate chip had a very earthy / peanut taste, which wasn't bad, but I wish I added a little extra allulose to improve the sweetness.
the double chocolate was tasty & very rich. I wasn't aware their was quinoa until after my order, which I typically stay away from. it does add a nice crunch for those that enjoy a crunchy candy bar.
the snickerdoodle was great & is definitely a fall time classic flavor.
the white chocolate strawberry was very delicious. I am not a huge fan of strawberry flavored desserts, but the white chocolate just makes it & the strawberry flavor worked really well in this recipe. I think the mini white chocolate chips should be used in other flavors / new flavors to come. [maybe blueberry white chocolate &/or peanut butter white chocolate]
